Architecture, development, client area
Before and after
how it was
Grants, subsidised finance and business management lived on separate tools, each with its own account and its own invoice. The client paid three times and held together, by hand, three systems that did not talk to each other.
what we built
One unified ecosystem: a single account, a dashboard that brings the services together, and consolidated billing. Each service stays independent under the bonnet, but to the person using it there is one product.
$ ls ./components
How it is built
-
01
One dashboard
A single place to see everything, instead of three panels kept open in three tabs.
-
02
Multi-service architecture
The services remain separate modules: another one can be added without rewriting the others.
-
03
Client area
Documents, applications and progress where the client finds them without asking.
$ ./results --after
How it turned out
[ok] One account and one invoice in place of three
[ok] New services added without touching what already runs
[ok] Clients follow their own applications without calling
// services involved
