FondoImprese.it

Funded training is free for companies, but the route to getting it puts off the very people entitled to it. Here the route is the product.

Before and after

how it was

Training is covered by Italy’s inter-professional funds, but the procedure for accessing it is so bureaucratic that most companies give up — not because of the cost, which is nil, but because of the effort.

what we built

A browsable course catalogue, automatic eligibility analysis and case management inside the platform. The bureaucratic flow is automated at the points where it genuinely helped, not everywhere for show.

$ ls ./components

How it is built

  1. 01

    A browsable catalogue

    Courses can be leafed through and filtered, instead of being a PDF to download and search by hand.

  2. 02

    Eligibility analysis

    It says immediately whether that company qualifies and under which fund, before asking them to fill in anything.

  3. 03

    Case management

    Progress is visible: whoever submitted an application knows where it stands without picking up the phone.

$ ./results --after

How it turned out

[ok] The access route becomes understandable in one screen

[ok] Fewer drop-offs between interest and submitted application

[ok] Application status available without asking anyone

// services involved
