Orders, catalogue, shipping and support went through four different programs that did not talk to each other. The full picture of an order lived in none of the four.
what we built
A custom management system that brings orders, customers, catalogue and support into the same application, installable as an app on phone and computer. Access is opened by an administrator, section by section.

How it is built

Tailored access
Whoever needs to get in requests access; an administrator opens it and decides which sections they can use. Nobody sees what they do not need.

An app without a store
It installs from the browser on phone or computer, like an app, without going through the app stores.

The missing pieces are visible
Modules planned in the project but not built yet appear switched off in the menu: users know what is coming and do not find out by chance.
