Before and after

how it was

A manufacturer of outdoor structures with a vast catalogue and no way for a professional to consult it before making the call. Anyone looking for a specific solution could not tell whether it existed.

what we built

A downloadable catalogue, a gallery of completed work filterable by category, and direct contact with the technical office from whichever page you happen to be reading.

$ ls ./components

How it is built

  1. 01

    A filterable gallery

    Completed work filters by type: someone looking for a hotel canopy does not scroll past residential pergolas.

  2. 02

    Downloadable catalogue

    The technical document is one click away, with no form to fill in first: whoever downloads it is already interested.

  3. 03

    Qualified enquiries

    The request starts from the product page, so it reaches the technical office with the context already attached.

$ ./results --after

How it turned out

[ok] The catalogue becomes consultable before the phone call

[ok] Enquiries that arrive with the product already named

[ok] Completed work browsable by sector instead of all at once

// services involved
